Computacenter manages and delivers installations, moves and adds and changes (IMAC) across end user systems, servers and networks.
A service component of our Support & Maintenance solution.
What we do
Using ITIL best practice request management and scalable, flexible resources, our IMAC services relieve customers of the mundane operational tasks, allowing them to focus on their core business activities. Requests are logged and tracked via a central system. From here, requests can be authorised online by your team, approved changes tracked and costs monitored.
The service covers:
